Switching To Our Practice
Whether you’re new to the area or looking for a new pediatrician, we welcome you into our Winchester Pediatric family. Winchester Peds is accepting new patients. If you wish to register your child with our practice, please give us a call at 540-667-1727.
We will ask you to request your child’s records from your previous pediatrician. When we receive your records, we will call you to set up your first appointment.
At Winchester Pediatrics, our dedicated providers and staff consider it an honor to offer your high quality resources and services. With our comprehensive care, your child can thrive and develop into a healthy and well-rounded adult.
UPDATE: Temporary Pause on New Patient Acceptance
As we continue to care for the families in our community who trust us with their children’s health, we will be pausing new patient acceptance for transfer patients during the months of October and November 2025.
We will, however, continue to welcome newborns during this time. Establishing care from birth ensures families have the support and guidance they need right from the start.
We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the highest level of care for our community.

Insurance Plans
We accept most insurance plans. However, due to the large number of insurance plans available, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider to confirm whether our providers are in-network for your specific plan. Please note that we do not participate in certain plans, including West Virginia Medicaid and Cigna Connect, among others.
