Telemedicine Instructions
1. Select the DEVICE you will use.
Any device with a webcam works.
Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone or Desktop/Webcam.
No WiFi? Use your mobile Smart Phone.
DOWNLOAD the Zoom Meeting App and TEST your device ANYTIME!

3. At your APPOINTMENT TIME, join 5-10 minutes early.
You will receive your meeting ID number when you schedule your appointment.
To Join Your Telemedicine Session on a MOBILE DEVICE:
Open the Zoom App and enter your meeting ID number in the area labeled “Join a Meeting.”
To Join Your Telemedicine Session on a LAPTOP/DESKTOP:
Open the “Zoom” App shortcut or click this link www.Zoom.us/join to enter your meeting ID number.
The Doctor or Nurse will let you in as soon as they are available.
Please be in a quiet room and adjust your lighting.
